The previous Dimensity 9300 was the first smartphone chip to include Wi-Fi 7. In this generation, the Dimensity 9400 has further upgraded wireless performance, achieving speeds of up to 7.3Gbps. This improvement is made possible by a new tri-band concurrent connection that supports five data streams (2x2 + 2x2 + 1x1). Competing platforms, by contrast, can only connect to two bands simultaneously, which limits their speeds.
