The MediaTek T800 meets the latest 3GPP R16 standard and can be deployed into global cellular markets.

    5G cellular capabilities include both 5G NSA/SA support, with FR1+FR2 DC/CA, FR1 sub-6GHz up to 4CC-CA plus mixed duplex FDD/TDD support, and FR2 mmWave up to 8CC-CA.

    MediaTek 5G UltraSave power-efficiency enhancements ensure optimal energy efficiency in all 5G connection conditions. The T800 is capable of dual 5G SIM (DSDS), depending on device maker requirements.

    The MediaTek T800 SoC features a fully integrated 3GPP Release-16 5G cellular modem, powerful Arm Cortex-A55 CPU and PCIe + USB host interfaces, plus other IO.

    The connectivity platform includes the main T800 SoC with integrated 4G/5G modem, plus FR1 and FR2 Transceivers, FR2 AIM, GNSS receiver, and PMICs. This highly integrated platform minimizes component count, giving product designers the smallest size and the lowest power consumption to work with.
